choices.

MA in English or MFA in Creative Writing? Time to stick my neck out and see what happens. Things usually work out better when I don't have a plan decided in advance. (1 Samuel 14:1-14)

You know, I was just saying the other day that I could see you going to grad school. Not necessarily to train for any particular job, just to spend more time with something beautiful. That's pretty much why I went. Maybe not the easiest road, but so far I'm happy with the places mine has taken me. Are you staying in the same place, or looking at multiple schools?

Hey dan! What's up man? I dig the new guitar, by the way. ...
Right now I'm considering UGA, UNC, UA, and FSU. So, wherever I should choose to go, it looks like it will at least involve the letter U.

Thanks; I thought it turned out pretty good considering its origins. Building is seriously addictive, though; I've already got another instrument in the planning stage. Those sound like good schools. I did undergrad at UGA, so I'm mildly biased towards it. I have fond memories of Athens. The thing that stands out in my memory about the school is that their freshman math and English courses were restricted to something like 30 students. Granted, that was some 10 years ago, but it might be something to consider if you have to do any teaching.

Good to see you on the upswing,
